Can I use HESIVO without paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes the placement test, a selection of real-life situations, AI roleplay, AI coaching, voice practice and speaking feedback — each with a monthly allowance.
What happens when I reach an allowance?
Nothing breaks. The AI feature pauses until the next month, and everything else — your situations, plans, passport and progress — keeps working.
Is payment active yet?
HESIVO is currently free. We never ask for card details. If we introduce paid plans in future, we'll tell you in advance.
Do I lose my progress if I stay on Free?
Never. Your progress, Communication Passport and saved preparations belong to your account regardless of plan.
