These Terms of Use apply when you use HESIVO. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who operates HESIVO

HESIVO is a KVista project. KVista is the brand under which HESIVO is developed and operated; it is not a registered company. HESIVO is operated personally by Vivian Njun, who is the individual legally responsible for the service. Contact: support@hesivo.eu

2. What HESIVO does

HESIVO is an AI-assisted service for practising real-life communication in another language. It helps you prepare for situations, practise them, use what you learned, and improve. It is a practice tool, not a certification or a guarantee of results.

3. Your account

• HESIVO is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

Use HESIVO lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

• Use it to harass, threaten or harm others
• Submit illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share
• Try to access other people's accounts or data
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the service's limits or security
• Use the service to produce spam or automated misuse

Avoid submitting sensitive personal information about yourself or others unless it is needed for your practice.

5. AI-generated content

HESIVO uses AI to produce feedback, suggested phrases, roleplay replies and explanations. AI output can contain mistakes, be incomplete or sound unnatural. You are responsible for decisions and actions you take based on it.

HESIVO does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or immigration advice. For important or high-stakes situations, consult a qualified professional.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the text and recordings you submit. You allow HESIVO to process them only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The HESIVO name, brand, design, situations and other service content belong to HESIVO and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Plans and payments

HESIVO does not currently process payments and has no active paid subscriptions. Any future paid features will come with separate terms presented before purchase.

8. Suspension and termination

HESIVO may suspend or close accounts where needed to stop abuse, unlawful use or serious breaches of these terms. You can stop using HESIVO at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by email.

9. Availability and liability

HESIVO is an early-stage service. It is provided as it is, and features may change, be interrupted or be removed. To the extent the law allows, HESIVO is not liable for indirect losses or for outcomes of decisions based on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as HESIVO changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
